Heating
The correct and, most of all, reproducible log temperature is essential for economical and quality-oriented extrusion. extrutec offers bespoke solutions to meet customer requirements, offering any imaginable technical heating option with both gas and induction heaters fully and from a single source and for all applications in forming technology.
Material Handling
Surface-friendly material transport systems around the heating plants, if desired with material data tracking, are part of our product range.
Heat Treatment
“From warm to cold.” Our core competencies include the entire range of heat-treatment processes, from the die heaters for extrusion dies, to profile-cooling systems downstream of the press, to ageing and annealing ovens for aluminium profiles. Everything from a single source.
NEW TECHNOLOGY:
Eco Heating Process (EHPTM)
With rising energy costs and the need for climate protection, the demand for energy-efficient and climate-friendly production processes is also growing. Extrutec is responding to the general market demand by developing the Eco Heating Process, an energy-optimized heating process for the most energy-efficient production possible.
In addition, extrutec GmbH would like to make its contribution to the conservation of resources and against climate change. Therefore, the Eco Heating Process will be further optimized and supplemented with new technologies in the future.
